Wild Planet Sriracha Tuna Burgers
    • 164oz can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna, undrained
    • 1 1/2cups Red onionfinely chopped
    • 1 1/2cups Celeryfinely chopped
    • 2tbsp Greek Yogurt
    • 1/3cup Sriracha
    • 1tbsp Dijon Mustard
    • 1tbsp Black PepperFreshly cracked
    • 3cup bread crumbs
    • 25buns Whole wheat bunstoasted
    • 2tbsp Mayonnaise
    • 1 1/2cup fresh arugula
    • 25slice tomato
    1. Place Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna and natural juices from the can into a large bowl
    2. Gently flake tuna into large chunks with a fork.
    3. Add remaining ingredients and gently fold all together.
    4. Spoon the tuna mixture into approximate 1/2 cup portions and gently form into patties.
    5. Place each patty into an oiled skillet or pan over medium heat.
    6. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove from heat.
    7. Spread the mayonnaise-sriracha mixture onto each toasted bun.
    8. Top with a tuna burger, and then top with fresh arugula and sliced tomato.
