Power Tuna Salad
    • 164oz can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna, undrained
    • 6Cups Cooked chickpeas
    • 6Qts Spinach or Salad Greens
    • 3Cups Cooked beets
    • 3Cups Sliced cucumber
    • 3Cups Cherry tomatoes
    • 3Cups Avocado
    Dressing Ingredients
    • 6Cups Tahini
    • 6Cups Lemon Juicefreshly squeezed
    • 6Cups water
    • Salt and Pepperto taste
    1. Heat the olive oil in a small pan and add the cooked chickpeas. Sauté until golden brown and chewy.
    2. Place greens in two bowls and top equally with Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna and sautéed chickpeas.
    3. Add the rest of your veggies.
    4. In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice and water until smooth.
    5. Add in salt and pepper to taste and drizzle onto salads (refrigerate any remaining dressing in air-tight container).
